Industrial Engineering
Industrial engineering is a branch of Engineering which deals with the decrease in wastage of low- quality production and obliteration of money and increases the quality of production & regulation in the business. Every Engineering Industry needs Industrial engineers as their requirement in every organization is enormous in number. In this course, aspirants will grasp the theoretical, practical knowledge and specialized concepts of Industrial management because Industrial engineers are responsible for Industrial processes, and maintenance of the industries. Industrial engineering skills will be implemented from the manufacturing of the product to its distribution. While pursuing the course, students will learn about Industrial technology, Production and Inventory system, Quality control, Supply chain Management, Maintenance of instruments etc,. Industrial engineering candidates choose one of their specializations to grow for a better career in this field. Eligibility Criteria & Admissions:
❐ For Diploma/ PG Diploma course, the Candidate should have done Intermediate/ 10+2 in Maths, Physics and Chemistry subjects with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks from any recognized board.
❐ For B.Tech/ BE course, the Candidate should have done Intermediate/ 10+2 in Maths, Physics and Chemistry subjects with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks from any recognized board. Students need to qualify for JEE Main and JEE Advanced entrance examinations to get into NITs, IITs and other government institutions.
❐ For M.Tech/ ME course, the Candidate should have done Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks from any recognized organization. Students need to qualify in the GATE entrance examination for admission.
For the Doctoral programme, one should have done a Master's degree in Industrial engineering with a minimum of 55% aggregate and need to qualify NET entrance examination and personal interview conducted by the institution.
