Candidates who wish to become professionals in this Field must study Graduation in Horticulture. Those who have completed 10+2(Inter) in Physics, Chemistry and Agriculture/ Biology subjects (or) passing the 'PAT' (Pre- Agricultural Test) can qualify for the Horticulture course offered by various Colleges and Universities in our country to pursue a Degree Course. Those who have completed Agriculture or Horticulture in M.Sc and done Horticulture in Ph.D. will have a bright future in this Field.

Eligibility Criteria & Admission:

For Diploma/ Certification: Student should have done Class 10th/ Intermediate/ 10+2 from any recognized board.

For B.Sc/ B.Tech Horticulture: Student should have done Intermediate/ 10+2 in Science subjects with minimum of 50% aggregate marks. Candidate need to qualify State level/ University level Entrance Examination for Admission.

For Master's Degree: Student should have done Bachelor's in Horticulture with minimum of 55% aggregate marks and need to qualify Entrance Examination required for the opted Institution.
