Eligibility Criteria:
Diploma:
A candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board or university as is required.
UG: He/ she is required to pass 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board/ university. Merit in the entrance examination is required.
Maybe have to appear for entrance examinations such as the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE).
PG: Those who want to pursue a Master's in Real Estate Management must have completed a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any stream from a recognized university that is required. Some institutes may require candidates to have a minimum percentage of marks in their Bachelor's degree for admission.
❖ Some institutes may have to appear for entrance examinations such as the Common Admission Test (CAT), Management Aptitude Test (MAT), and Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT).
Fee: Approx. INR. 1,40,000 per year (BBA in Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure).

Before that, you have to complete your higher school education (10+2) or an equivalent. Some universities or institutions may require you to appear for entrance exams.
