Metallurgical Engineering
Metallurgical Engineering is the study of metals and their properties. It is a branch of engineering that discusses the physical and chemical properties of metals, their processing, extraction, refining, etc. Those who complete metallurgical engineering are known as Metallurgical Engineers or Metallurgists.

Eligibility:
Diploma: Admissions to Diploma courses are based on merit in 10+2 in any stream from any recognized board.
B.E/ B.Tech:
✧ Admissions to B.Tech are based on merit in JEE Mains, National/ State level entrance tests. Also, candidates must complete 10+2 having Mathematics and Physics as compulsory subjects with a minimum score of 50% from any recognized Board.
✧ Course duration is 4 Years.
M.Tech:
✧ Admissions to M.Tech are based on merit in GATE examination, National/ State level entrance tests. Also, candidates need to complete bachelor's degree in relevant discipline with a minimum score of 60% from any recognized board.
✧ Course duration is 2 Years.
Ph.D:
✧ Admissions to Ph.D are based on merit in JRF/ UGC NET/ CSIR NET or GATE examinations. Also, candidates need to complete master’s degree in relevant subject with minimum score of 60% from any recognized university.
✧ Course duration is 3- 5 Years.
