Fine Arts

The Fine Arts course is one of the better opportunities for the students who completed Intermediate education. Those with Artistic passion, Basic skill and Creativity can join and excelence in these courses. Fine Arts courses help to hone the Talent in turning a stone into Sculpture, Capturing the Beauty of Nature in Photo Frames, Creating Attractive designs and Realizing Imagination.

Fine Arts is about giving an attractive look to the Imagination of the mind. These Fine Arts courses can be taken as part of an Undergraduate course. Students of all Intermediate groups can have access to these courses. The duration of Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) courses is 4 years instead of the usual 3 years. Limited companies run courses for a period of three years under the name B.A Fine Arts. Most Universities offer these UG courses on their campuses. Special Fine Arts sections have been set up for this purpose. Among them are UG, PG and Ph.D courses. Entering with the Talent shown in the Written test. There is also the possibility of joining with the merit of Inter- marks in some Institutions.

Fine Arts

After completing the UG courses, one can move towards PG or make Employment efforts. Those who want to specialize in related fields can join Higher education and develop skills. Fine Arts courses are offered by various organizations at National and State levels. Some places offer Certificate and Diploma courses. However, at least a Bachelor's degree is required to get the above opportunities. Then you can move towards Self- employment and Freelancing.

Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA):

 Universities in Telugu states offer Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) courses in Applied Arts, Painting, Sculpture, Photography, etc,. The Jawaharlal Nehru University of Architecture and Fine Arts was established in Hyderabad specifically for this purpose. Some companies offer UG level courses in Pottery and Ceramics and Textile Design as part of the Fine Arts. Those interested in this type of study can join the Hindu University of Banaras, Visva- Bharati and Ravindra Bharati Universities. These are run under the name Fine Arts or Visual Arts, depending on the Organization.

 Under the auspices of Tirumala Tirupati Temple (TTD), Tirupati, the Sri Venkateswara Institute of Traditional Sculpture and Architecture specializes in making Statues and Figurines. Trainees here can provide the desired designs for the Temples. Stone, Wood, Cement, Metal Sculpture courses with tenth class qualification can be studied here as part of the Diploma. There will be admissions with the talent shown in the Written test. Education, Accommodation and Meals are provided free of cost. Employment can be expected from TTD after completion of the course. They can also join the BFA course offered by the Telugu University.

Higher Education:

You can join MFA courses for a period of two years after BFA. PG courses are available in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, Painting, Print Making, Sculpture, Art History and Visual Studies, Applied Arts, Plastic Arts, Pottery and Ceramics, Textile Design etc,. Almost all the Institutes offering UG courses in Fine Arts offer PG and Ph.D courses. Some Institutes have Fine Arts courses at PG level even though there is no UG. Central University of Hyderabad offers courses at PG and Ph.D levels. You can complete Ph.D courses directly after MFA. A Ph.D is useful for those who wish to serve in the Teaching field.

Opportunities:

 As far as the Arts are concerned, it is safe to say that Fine Arts did not go unnoticed. The variety of Statues and Designs we see are created by Sculptors. They are made of Metal, Clay, Plaster of Paris, Wood etc,. Now Large-scale statues are being made. Therefore, it can be said that the employment of those who have completed the Sculpture course has not been affected. Various works of Art and Paintings are created by Applied arts and Painting experts.

 Fine Arts studies are useful for self- employment and to work in any organization including Software and Multi-national companies, depending on their field of study. Opportunities can be found in Art studios, Advertising companies, Graphic, Printing, Publishing, Fashion companies, Electronics Industry, Textile Industry, Film and Theater, Multimedia, Animation companies, etc,. They can showcase their Talents in Art galleries. Those who take Textile courses can provide services in the Textile Industry. Opportunities are everywhere for those who have done Photography. Most people earn a lot of money through Freelancing and Self- employment (running a workshop). They get jobs in Endowment and Archaeology departments.
