Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), under the Ministry of Home Affairs, has released a notification for the recruitment of Group-‘C’ Non-Gazetted (Combatised) & Non-Ministerial Head Constable posts.

Details:
1. Sub-Inspector (Staff Nurse): 10 Posts
2. Sub-Inspector (Pioneer): 21 Posts
3. Sub-Inspector (Communication): 20 Posts
Eligibility Criteria:
For Staff Nurse: 12th class pass and a recognized three-year (or 3.5 years depending on qualification date) Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery, plus registration with a Nursing Council.
For Pioneer: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
For Communication: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication, Computer Science, IT Engineering, or Science (with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics).
Maximum Age Limit: Must not exceed 30 years. Standard government relaxations apply, including 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, and additional periods for Ex-Servicemen and certain departmental candidates.
Salary: Per month Rs.35,400 to Rs.1,12,400 (+ other allowances).
Selection Process: Based on Biometric Verification, Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Physical Standard Test (PST), Written Examination, Document Verification, and Medical Examination.
Mode of Application: Online.
Examination Fee: Rs.200 for General, EWS, and OBC candidates; No fee for SC/ST/Women/Ex-Servicemen candidates.
