Project Engineer Posts at Ordnance Factory Khamaria
'Ordnance Factory Khamaria'—a unit of Munitions India Limited, under the Ministry of Defence, Government of India—invites applications from eligible Indian citizens to work on a contract basis. Through this notification, a total of 30 tenure-based posts for Graduate/Diploma Project Engineers (Chemical) are to be filled.

Eligibility: Depending on the specific post, candidates must possess a B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Chemical Engineering (in the relevant discipline), OR a B.Sc. degree with Chemistry as a subject, in addition to having completed an Apprenticeship. Preference will be given to candidates who have completed their apprenticeship in the field of manufacturing/handling of arms and explosives.
Age Limit: Candidates must be between 18 and 30 years of age as of the closing date for applications. As per regulations, age relaxation of 5 years is applicable for SC/ST candidates, 3 years for OBC candidates, and 10 years for PwBD (Persons with Benchmark Disabilities) candidates.
Salary: The remuneration starts at Rs. 36,000 per month in the first year and increases up to Rs. 39,338 by the fourth year. In addition to this, Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA) is also applicable.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on the marks obtained in their Degree/Diploma (85% weightage) and a Personal Interview (15% weightage).
Tenure of the Post: Initially, the tenure will be for a period of one year. Based on factory requirements and the candidate's performance, it may be extended up to a maximum of four years.
