Northern Coalfields Limited (NCL), a Miniratna subsidiary of Coal India Limited, is inviting online applications from Indian citizens for direct recruitment to various positions including HEMM Operators (Trainee), Paramedical Staff, and Overseer (Civil). These positions are located across NCL's mines, hospitals, and establishments in the Singrauli District of Madhya Pradesh and the Sonbhadra District of Uttar Pradesh.

1. HEMM Operator (Trainee): 472 Posts (Dumper, Dozer, Grader, Crane, Payloader, Surface Miner).

2. Paramedical Staff: 75 Posts (Staff Nurse, Pharmacist, Technicians, Physiotherapist).

3. Overseer (Civil): 30 Posts.

Eligibility: HEMM Operators: Must be a Matriculate (SSC/High School) with a minimum of 55% marks (relaxed for reserved categories) and possess a valid HMV/Transport License.

Paramedical Staff: Requirements vary by post, generally requiring 10+2 (Science for some) and a relevant Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (e.g., B.Sc. Nursing, Diploma in Pharmacy/Pathology) from a recognized institute, along with valid professional registration.

Overseer (Civil): Must have passed Matriculation and possess a recognized 3-year Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Age Limit: Candidates must be between 18 and 30 years of age. 

Salary & Allowances: HEMM Operators (Trainee): Basic pay of Rs. 1,502.66 per day (Grade Category I).

Staff Nurse/Pharmacist/Technician (Pathological/Radiographer)/Physiotherapist/Overseer: Basic pay of Rs. 47,330.25 per month (T&S Grade C).

Jr.Technician (ECG)/Technician (Dental/Refraction): Basic pay of Rs. 43,775.55 per month (T&S Grade D).
