Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF Ltd), a "Navratna" Government of India Undertaking, is inviting applications for the position of Operator (Chemical) Trainee in the Unionized Category for its manufacturing units in Maharashtra.

Operator (Chemical) Trainee: 188 Posts
Eligibility: Candidates must have a full-time regular B.Sc. (Chemistry) degree with Physics as a subject and have passed the NCVT examination in the Attendant Operator (Chemical Plant) trade after graduation. Alternatively, a 3-year or 4-year (Sandwich pattern) Diploma in Chemical Engineering/Technology is acceptable, provided it is followed by successful completion of one year of BOAT training under the Apprentice Act. A minimum of 55% marks in the final year/aggregate is required (50% for SC/ST).
Upper Age Limit: As of 01.02.2026 not exceed 30 years. 33 years for OBC candidates and 35 years for SC/ST candidates.
Salary: Per month Rs.22,000 during the trainee training period; Upon successful completion of training and absorption into Grade A6, the pay scale is Rs.22,000 - Rs.60,000, with a total monthly gross salary of approximately Rs.47,800.
Selection Process: Selection will be based on an online Computer-Based Test, a Skill Test, and other relevant criteria.
