Professor Jayashankar Telangana Agricultural University (PJTSAU) has invited applications for admissions into the first year of B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture and B.Tech. (Agricultural Engineering) programmes for the academic year 2026–27 through AGRICET-2026 and AGRIENGGCET-2026.

B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture
Regular Quota: 10% of the total intake of Diploma in Agriculture & Diploma in Organic Agriculture for AY 2025-26 or 25 seats, whichever is less.
Special Quota: 50 seats
In-Service Candidates: 19 seats
B.Tech. (Agricultural Engineering)
Regular Quota: 10% of the total intake of Diploma in Agricultural Engineering for AY 2025–26 or 3 seats, whichever is less.

Special Quota: 1 seat

In-Service Candidates: 3 seats

Eligibility: For AGRICET, candidates must possess a Diploma in Agriculture from PJTSAU/PJTAU/ANGRAU. Outgoing students of 2025–26 who have completed all requirements for the diploma are also eligible. Agricultural Extension Officers working in the Telangana Government’s Agriculture, Horticulture and other public-sector organisations with a two-year Diploma in Agriculture are also eligible. For AGRIENGGCET, candidates must possess a Diploma in Agricultural Engineering from PJTSAU/PJTAU/ANGRAU. Eligible in-service candidates must have a three-year Diploma in Agricultural Engineering.

Age Limit:

For AGRICET, candidates must have completed 17 years as on December 31, 2026, AGRIENGGCET, the upper age limit is 23 years.
