Eligibility: A candidate must have passed the Diploma in Horticulture course from Dr. YSRHU. Candidates who are completing their Diploma requirements in the 2025-26 academic year are also eligible to apply, but they must submit their Final Memorandum of Marks-cum-Pass Certificate during admission counselling. Seat allotment is made based on the rank obtained in HORTICET-2026 following the Presidential Order and Rules of Reservation.

Age Limit: As of December 31, 2026, candidates in the General/BC categories must be between 17 to 22 years of age; the maximum age limit is 25 years for SC/ST candidates and 27 years for differently-abled candidates.

Application Process: Fill out the prescribed application form completely and send it along with the necessary certificates and the fee receipt to the Registrar, Dr. Y.S.R. Horticultural University, Venkataramannagudem, either in person or by post. The fee can be paid online or via a Demand Draft.

Application Fee: Rs.500 for SC/ST/differently-abled candidates; Rs.1,000 for others.
