Qualification: Candidates should have a Graduation degree in any discipline along with a Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Finance or equivalent or professional qualifications such as CA/CMA/CS/CFA (as applicable). Applicants must also possess relevant work experience in Credit, Corporate Banking, MSME/Mid/Large Corporate Credit areas in Public/Private/Foreign Banks or Financial Institutions.
Pay Scale: Monthly salary of Rs.93,960 for Grade-2 posts; Rs.1,05,280 for Grade-3 posts; Rs.1,20,940 (+ other allowances) for Grade-4 posts.
Age Limit: 25- 30 years for Manager; 28- 35 years for Senior Manager. 32 and 42 years for Chief Manager post. Age relaxation applies: 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates.
Selection Process: Based on shortlisting, an online written test (if required), a psychometric test, and a group discussion/interview.
Exam Pattern: The test includes 25 questions each (carrying 25 marks) on Reasoning, English Language, and Quantitative Aptitude, and 75 questions (carrying 150 marks) on Professional Knowledge. The total duration is 150 minutes.
Application Fee: Rs.850 for General, EWS, OBC categories; Rs.175 for SC/ST, women, and ex-servicemen candidates.
