PJTAU 2026 Diploma Agriculture Agricultural Engineering Admissions
Professor Jayashankar Telangana Agricultural University (PJTAU) has released the admission notification for Diploma in Agriculture and Diploma in Agricultural Engineering courses for the academic year 2026-27. Admissions will be conducted based on TG-POLYCET-2026 (MBiPC Stream) ranks.

University Polytechnics: 350 Seats
Affiliated Polytechnics: 180 Seats
Total Seats: 530
Diploma in Agricultural Engineering (3 Years):
University Polytechnics: 20 Seats
Affiliated Polytechnics: 30 Seats
Total Seats: 50
Eligibility: Candidates seeking admission must have appeared for TG-POLYCET-2026 under the MBiPC Stream conducted by SBTET. Applicants should have passed SSC or an equivalent examination recognized by the Telangana Board of Secondary Education, such as CBSE, ICSE, NIOS, TOSS, or other State Boards, with Science as one of the subjects and secured at least 35% marks.
Age Limit: 15 to 22 years as on 31 December 2026.
60% of seats are reserved for Rural Area/Government School candidates.
33⅓% horizontal reservation is available for women candidates.
EWS candidates are eligible for 10% supernumerary seats.
Selection Procedure:
Admissions will be based on TG-POLYCET-2026 MBiPC ranks. In case of a tie, SSC marks will be considered.
How to Apply: Candidates must first pay the online application registration fee. After successful payment, they need to complete the online application form by entering personal and academic details and uploading the required documents. An Application Number will be generated upon successful submission. Mere payment of the fee does not complete the application process; the application form must also be submitted online.
Application Fee: SC/ST/PH Candidates Rs.600; for other Candidates Rs.1,200.
