Qualification: Candidates must have passed BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/M.Sc/PhD in the relevant discipline from a recognized university and must have qualified in NET/GATE.
Maximum Age Limit: Between 28 and 35 years. Age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates is applicable.
Stipend: Rs. 37,000 per month for Junior Research Fellow; Rs. 67,000 per month for Research Associate.
Selection Process: Selection will be based on an interview/written test.
