Acharya N.G. Ranga Agricultural University (ANGRAU), Guntur, has invited applications for admission into the 4-year B.Sc. (Hons.) Community Science programme for the academic year 2026 - 27. The course is offered at the College of Community Science, Lam, Guntur, an ICAR-accredited institution.

Number of Seats: 100.
Supernumerary Seats: 10 seats for candidates who have completed a 3-year Diploma in Home Science
Duration of Course: 4 Years
Eligibility: Candidates must have passed the two-year Intermediate (10+2) examination with Bi.P.C., M.P.C., or M.Bi.P.C. subjects. Candidates holding a 3-year Diploma in Home Science or ANGRAU Diploma courses in Agriculture, Seed Technology, Organic Farming, Horticulture, Veterinary (2 years), or Agricultural Engineering (3 years) are also eligible. Diploma in Home Science candidates can compete for the 10 supernumerary seats.
40% of seats are reserved for candidates from rural (Non-Municipal) areas.
10% supernumerary seats are available for eligible Diploma in Home Science candidates.
33.3% reservation is available for women candidates in each category.
Age Limit: 17 to 22 years as on 31 December 2026.
25 years (SC/ST), 27 years (PwBS).
How to Apply: Candidates should carefully read the information brochure before filling out the application form. The prescribed application form must be completed and submitted along with all required self-attested certificates and proof of payment of the application fee. The completed application should reach the Registrar, ANGRAU, Lam, Guntur, before the last date. Only candidates submitting complete applications with valid documents will be eligible for manual counselling. Applications received after the deadline due to postal delay will not be accepted.
Selection Procedure: Admissions are based on Intermediate/Diploma merit, followed by open manual counselling and certificate verification at the notified counselling venue.
