NTA SHRESHTA (NETS) 2024
The government has approved a new scheme named SHRESHTA (Residential Education for Students in High Schools in Targeted Areas) for the purpose of providing seats for the meritorious SC boys and girls in the best private residential schools in the country. Every year, it is expected that about (3000) students would be selected for admission in Class 9 and Class 11 under the scheme.

* SHRESHTA (Residential Education for Students in High Schools in Targeted Areas)- 2024
Eligibility: Student belonging to scheduled castes, studying in class 8th and 10th in the current academic year (2023-24). Parent’s annual income is upto Rs. 2.5 lacs.
Age limit: Candidate opting for class IX should be born between 01-04-2008 to 31-03-2012 (i.e. 16 to 12 years of age as on 31.03.2024). Candidate opting for class XI should be born between 01-04-2006 to 31-03-2010 (i.e. 18 to 14 years of age as on 31.03.2024)
Online Submission of Application Form: 12-03-2024 to 04-04-2024.
Correction Window: 06-04-2024 to 08-04-2024.
Downloading of Admit Cards from: 12-05-2024.
Date of Examination: 24-05-2024.
Declaration of Result: Within 04 to 06 weeks after exam.
