Management Trainees
Qualification: Graduates/ Post Graduates in disciplines such as Engineering, Business Management, Commerce, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or Computer Science etc. from a reputed college/ university.
Age limit: 24-26 years with good interpersonal and communication skills, pleasant disposition and determination to excel. Working knowledge on computers is a must.
Training: Selection candidates will be imparted on-the- job training for a period of one year in different areas of business and operational activities. After successful completion of training, they will be assigned roles best suited to their skillset.
Job Location: Successful candidates must be willing to work in any unit offices located in AP & Telangana States.
Selection Process: Based on Written test, Group discussion and Interview.
Stipend: Selection candidates will be paid a monthly stipend of Rs.25,000 during the training period and will be absorbed after successful completion of training, with starting salary of Rs.28,000.
