The Indian Navy has released a notification inviting online applications from unmarried male candidates for Agniveer (Apprentice) 01/2027 and 02/2027 batches.

Agniveer (Apprentice) Batch 01/2027
Agniveer (Apprentice) Batch 02/2027
Trades: Electrical, Electronics and Communication, Instrumentation Technology, Mechanical, Welder, Fitter, Machinist, Turner, Sheet Metal Worker, Carpenter, and others.
Eligibility: Candidates must have passed Matriculation (10th Class) from a recognized board and possess an ITI certificate in the relevant trade from an AICTE/NCVT-recognized institution.
Age Limit: Candidates must have been born between December 1, 2004, and May 31, 2008, for the 01/2027 batch; and between May 1, 2005, and October 31, 2008, for the 02/2027 batch.
Stipend: Rs.30,000 per month in the first year; Rs.33,000 per month in the second year; Rs. 36,500 per month in the third year; and Rs. 40,000 in the fourth year. In addition, candidates will receive benefits under the Seva Nidhi Package as per Agnipath Scheme guidelines.
Selection Process: Selection will be based on Stage-1 (INET), Stage-2 (PFT), Written Examination, Medical Examination, and the Final Merit List.
