Eligibility: Candidates must be graduates in any discipline from a recognized institute or university as of April 1, 2026. The graduation date should not be more than four years prior to this cut-off date (not before April 1, 2022). Additionally, candidates must be proficient in the local language of the state they are applying for and must not have previously undergone or be currently pursuing apprenticeship training in any organization.

Training Duration: One year.

Stipend: Apprentices receive a monthly stipend based on the location of their branch or office:
Rural / Semi-Urban: Rs. 15,000, Urban: Rs. 18,000, Metro: Rs. 20,000.

Age Limit: The minimum age is 20 years and the maximum is 28 years as of April 1, 2026. Relaxations in the upper age limit are provided for reserved categories: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (Non-creamy layer), and up to 15 years for PwBD depending on their category.

Selection Process: Selection consists of an Online Test (objective type) covering General/Financial Awareness, General English, Quantitative & Reasoning Aptitude, Computer Knowledge, and Union Bank of India Products & Services. Following the online test, candidates must pass a Proficiency Test of Local Language. Final selection is subject to meeting cut-off marks, document verification, and a medical fitness certificate. The duration of the examination is 60 minutes.

Application Fee: General/OBC (for Male): Rs.944. General/OBC (for Female): Rs.708; SC/ST/PWBD / Transgender Candidates: Rs.236.
