NIFT UG, PG, Ph.D. Programems
The National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) conducts admissions to undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in fashion design, fashion technology, management and related disciplines through the NIFT Entrance Examination (NIFTEE) 2027.

1. Bachelor's Programmes: 4 years duration
Bachelor of Design Programme(B.Des): Accessory Design/ Fashion Communication/ Fashion Interior/ Knitwear Design/ Leather Design/ Textile Design/ Fashion Design.
Bachelor of Fashion Technology (B.F.Tech) Programme-Apparel Production
2. Master's Programmes: 2 years duration
Master of Design Programme(M.Des)
Master of Fashion Management (M.F.M)
Master of Fashion Technology (M.F.Tech)
Other admission categories and programmes, including NLEA, artisan-category admissions and Ph.D., are also covered in the information bulletin, subject to their respective eligibility conditions.
Eligibility:
For UG Programme- Passed the Plus 2 level examination/ Senior Secondary School Examination.
For PG Programme- Undergraduate Any Degree, B.F.Tech., B.E/ B.Tech.
For Ph.D Programme- Master's degree in the relevant area.
Qualifying Age:
For UG programmes: Maximum age should be less than 24 years.
For PG, Ph.D. programmes: No age limit.
Selection Process: Based on Written test & Interview.

Last date for Online Registration: 16.11.2026.
Last date for online registration with late fee of Rs.5000: 21.11.2026
Window to edit/ update the application form: 22 to 25 Novemeber 2026
Admit Card (Online only): 4 January 2027.
Entrance Examination for all UG & PG Programmes: 10 January 2027
Artisan-category and Ph.D. admissions Last date: 31.01.2027
