Applications are invited for Ph.D. Entrance Test - 2025 under Category-II in various subjects of different faculties of Osmania University. The candidates who have passed the Master's degree in the concerned subject with a minimum of 55% marks (50% in the case of SC/ST/BC/PWD/EWS candidates) or equivalent are eligible to apply. who have been awarded JRF through UGC/ CSIR/ ICAR/ ICMR/ DBT/ DST-INSPIRE under Category-II for admission into Ph.D. Programme for the academic year 2024-25.

Faculties: Science, Arts, Orient Languages, Social Sciences, Commerce, Education, Law, Management, Science, Engineering, Pharmacy, Technology and Informatics

Eligibility: Candidate must have obtained a Post-Graduate degree from a recognized university or a Post-Graduate degree through distance mode from a recognized university and approved by the concerned authority, in the concerned subject or in an allied subject approved by Osmania University securing not less than 55% marks (50% marks in case of SC/ST/BC/PWD/EWS candidates). And have qualified JRF from UGC/ CSIR/ ICAR/ ICMR/ DST- INSIRE are eligible.

Application Fee: Rs. 2,000; Rs. 1,500 for SC/ ST/ BC/ EWS/ PwBD candidates).

Last date for offline application: 22-02-2025.

Deadline for application with late fee of Rs.2000: 05-03-2025.
