VIII Class Admissions In RIMC
The Rashtriya Indian Military College (RIMC), Dehradun, Uttarakhand, a department of the Ministry of Defence, Government of India, invites applications from boys and girls from all states across the country for admission to Class VIII for the January-2026 term.

RIMC 8th Class Admissions January- 2026 Term
Qualification: Candidates should either be studying in Class VII or Passed Class VII from any recognized school at the time Admission to the RIMC i.e., on 01.01.2026.
Age: Boys and Girls appearing for the above test should not be less than 11½ 1/2 to 13 years as on 01 January 2026, i.e., they should have been born, not earlier than 02 January 2013 and not later than 01 July 2014.
Scheme of Examination: The examination comprises- Written Examination, Viva-Voce, Medical Examination.
Application Fee: Rs.600 for General Candidates; Rs.555 for SC/ ST Candidates.
How to apply: The applications forms can be obtained directly from RIMC Dehradun only and the filled in applications should reach the Commission’s Office.
Last Date for Application: 31.03.2025.
Exam Date: 01-06-2025.
