The Naval Physical and Oceanographic Laboratory (NPOL), Kochi (Kerala)—under the Defence Research & Development Organisation (DRDO)—has issued a notification to fill Junior Research Fellow (JRF) posts on a contract basis.

Junior Research Fellow
Disciplines: Mechanical, Chemical, Polymer, Nanotechnology, Optoelectronics, EEE/ECE, Physics, Oceanography, and others.
Qualification: Candidates must have passed BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech in the relevant discipline from a recognized university and qualified in NET/GATE.
Maximum Age Limit: 28 years as of the date of the walk-in interview. Age relaxation applies to SC/ST/OBC candidates as per government norms.
Stipend: Rs. 37,000 per month.
Selection Process: Selection will be based on a walk-in interview.
