CSIR-National Institute of Oceanography (NIO), a public sector undertaking under the Ministry of Science and Technology, is inviting applications for the following Technician and Graduate Apprenticeship Trainee posts on a contract basis.

1. Technician Apprenticeship (Diploma): 03

2. Graduate (Non-Engineering) Apprenticeship: 11

Training Period: One year.

Departments: Civil, Electrical and Electronics, Computer, Oceanography, General Administration.

Eligibility: Must have passed Diploma or Bachelor's degree in the relevant field along with relevant work experience.

Stipend: Per month Rs.8,000 for Diploma Technician Apprentice; Rs.9,000 for Graduate Apprentice.

Age Limit: Not exceeding 18 to 24 years for Diploma Technicians; and 21 to 26 years for Graduate Apprentices.
