Office of the Director of Government Examinations, AP, Vijayawada invites applications for National Means-cum-Merit Scholarship Scheme Examination for the Academic year 2024-25.

National Means-cum-Merit Scholarship Scheme Examination 2024-25
Eligibility:
1. Scored at least 55% of marks in case of OC/BC and 50% of marks in case of SC/ State Jobs or equivalent i.e., For all categories in class VII Examination studied during the year 2023-25.
2. Studying in Government, Local Body (ZP/ Municipal), Government Aided, AP Model (day scholars only) and MPUP (Running 8th class) schools only.
3. Whose parental annual income is below Rs.3,50,000.
Examination Fee: Rs.100.(Rs.50 for SC/ ST students).
Exam Details: The examination conducted in Telugu, Urdu and English Medium at all Revenue Divisional Head Quarters of all Districts in the AP State.
Pattern of examination:
Mental Ability Test (MAT): 90 Multiple Choice Questions. 90 Marks & Each question carries one mark. No negative marking
Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT): 90 Multiple Choice Questions. 90 Marks Covering social science, science and mathematics of class VII & VIII. Each question carries one mark. No negative marking.
How to apply: Applications will be received through online only.
Last date to upload the candidate’s applications by the concerned Head Master: 06-09-2024.
Last date for payment of examination fee: 10-09-2024.
Last date for submission of printed Nominal Rolls along with other enclosures in the O/o The District Educational Office concerned by (HMs/ Principals): 10-09-2024.
Last date for approval of applications at DEO level: 15-09-2024.
