Educational Qualifications: Candidates must have passed Matriculation or 10th Class Examination from a recognized Board/University as on 01.01.2026 Must have passed on or before.

Age Limit: Must be between 18 to 23 years as on 01.01.2026. (i.e. candidates should not have been born before 02.01.2003 and after 01.01.2008).

Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST candidates, 3 years for OBC, 3 years for Ex-Servicemen (ESM) candidates.

Salary: Rs. 21,700 to Rs. 69,100 per month.

Application fee: Rs.100. No fee for SC, ST, ESM and female candidates.

Application Process: Candidates should apply only through online mode. One-Time Registration (OTR) should be completed on the new SSC website (https://ssc.gov.in). OTR done on the old website will not be valid.

Selection Process:

The selection process will consist of the following stages:

Computer Based Examination (CBE).

Physical Standard Test (PST).

Physical Efficiency Test (PET).

Detailed Medical Examination (DME)/Review Medical Examination (RME).

Document Verification (DV).

Final selection will be based on the merit in CBE and the Force preference chosen by the candidates.
