Qualification:
Mandatory: Full-time regular graduation in any discipline from a recognized University.
Preferred: Full-time MBA in Marketing or Finance.
Work Experience:
Minimum 3 years as Relationship Manager in MSME Banking with any Bank, NBFC, or Financial Institution in India.
Age Limit (as on 01.05.2025):
Minimum: 25 years
Maximum: 33 years
Candidate should be born between 02.05.1992 and 01.05.2000 (inclusive).
Job Location: Anywhere in India (as per Bank’s discretion).
Contract Terms:
Initial engagement: 1 year
Extendable up to 3 years based on performance.
Pay Scale: Negotiable. Compensation will include GST paid by the Bank if applicable.
Probation Period: 6 months
Customer outreach and MSME business acquisition
Relationship deepening with clients
Due diligence of clients
Cross-selling banking products
Competitor and market analysis
Supporting branch operations in MSME onboarding
