♦ Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Atishi took oath as the new Chief Minister of Delhi on 21 September 2024. She was administered oath of office along with five ministers by Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena at Raj Niwas.

♦ The five cabinet ministers are - Gopal Rai, Saurabh Bharadwaj, Kailash Gahlot, Imran Hussain, and first-time MLA Mukesh Ahlawat.

♦ Atishi is Delhi's third woman Chief Minister after Sushma Swaraj of the BJP and Sheila Dikshit of the Congress.
