A.P. Budget
♦ Andhra Pradesh Finance Minister Payyavula Keshav presented the budget of Rs.2,94,427.25 crores in the Legislative Assembly on 11 November 2024.
♦ The estimated revenue deficit is Rs.34,743.38 crore and the fiscal deficit is estimated at around Rs.68,742.65 crore.
♦ The revenue expenditure estimated at Rs.2,35,916.99 crore and capital expenditure at Rs.32,712.84 crore.
♦ The government allotted Rs.29,909 crore for school education, Rs.16,739 crore for Panchayat Raj and Rural Development and Rs.18,421 for health and family welfare for financial year 2024-2025.
